A bit unsure about taking part but Paul talked me into it and what an event, what a great laugh, great to meet all the cyclists and legends and to support such a great charity.

I first heard about the Mizen to Malin through a keen rugby supporting friend.   It did not take any persuasion for me to participate as i had recently taken up cycling as a hobby and this was a great opportunity to contribute to charity, meet true rugby legends and do one of Ireland’s iconic cycles.

At first I was anxious about taking part, not being at the peak of fitness but through some perpetration and the camaraderie  of my fellow cyclists the challenge was easily met.

The support team, the evening activities and the truly great ambiance made the whole event one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had and I will definitely do it again next year hail, rain or snow, but I’m sure we will once again be blessed with beautiful weather.

A really great event…. Just Brillant, count me in for 2013.

A very enjoyable week from both a cycling and social point of view.  The whole event was extremely well organized and there was a great buzz every day on the cycle.  Many thanks to Michael and Paul and the team of volunteers for a job well done.
